  • Known for being a creative, highly analytical, and collaborative strategic leader, Keyana Marshall is an elite consultant specializing in infrastructure building, cross-functional alignment, and operational execution. Holding a B.A. in Communication (specializing in PR and Advertising), Keyana pairs deep relational equity with a rigorous data-driven methodology to deliver high-quality, sustainable organizational growth.

    With a rich career trajectory spanning 16 years of strategic execution, Keyana’s professional footprint covers both corporate and nonprofit sectors. For the past two years, she has served as a full-time Strategy and Implementation Consultant for Southwest Airlines, a Fortune 500 company. In this high-stakes aviation environment, she designed governance frameworks, led cross-functional steering groups for complex corporate initiatives, and translated high-volume, raw data into actionable executive roadmaps.

    Prior to her corporate pivot, Keyana spent 14 years driving fiscal and operational health within the nonprofit arts sector, culminating in an executive leadership role as a Director of Development for a Tony Award-winning theater. Her extensive portfolio includes strategic partnership and development work with world-renowned organizations such as the Lyric Opera of Chicago, Goodman Theatre, Dallas Theater Center, Harris Theater for Music and Dance, and the Joffrey Ballet.
